This little Bontempi musical toy both rattles when shaken and plays music by pressing on the coloured bottons. There are 8 melodies from which to choose. It is simple to play because no matter which of the three large buttons are pressed the melody piano will play a note from the tune selected, so even if the same button is pressed 20 times each depression will form part of the song chosen. This will help to teach very young children that by pressing on something a sound can be created and as the notes will always be in tune to a song it will certainly build up confidence very easily indeed. Very soon baby will be ready to move on to something like our toy shoenhut piano!
