|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. All payments are taken via a secure site which we cannot view.|

You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. All our payments online are processed through a secure server. We cannot see, nor ever have access to this data.
Please note that we do not ship to the USA or Canada or any other country that is not in our drop down menu of destinations. Should you select another shipping destination yet have a USA or Canadian address we will refund you but deduct 10% from the total refund to cover bank and PSP transaction costs.
|Shipping And Handling The delivery charge is by weight and most go 1st class within the UK, except for heavier items (usually more than 2kg) where they may be sent via couriers depending on your location and time of placing order (see Delivery Schedule). Please note that UK packages sent special or recorded delivery will require signatures. Postage to Europe and zone 1 and 2 countries is charged at the normal airmail packages rate via Royal Mail. There is a maximum of 2kg weight allowed via airmail. and this includes any addresses to BFPO.|
Please note that we only ship to countries in our drop down list. Should you select a UK shipping destination from the drop down list yet enter another country's address you will pay the difference or if your required destiniation is not in our drop down list we will refund you but deduct 10% from the total refund to cover bank and PSP transaction costs.
|Delivery Schedule For UK smaller orders your goods are normally delivered within 1-5 working days from posting. Larger orders if received before noon on Monday to Thursday will normally be sent next day delivery (except channel islands, Ireland and BFPO destinations). If the destination is not UK mainland then orders over 2kg are usually sent via Royal Mail's Standard parcels service. Please call us with your order number if clarification is required. When our offices are closed especially for bank holidays, the above delivery schedule will not apply until the day after we resume working. Please also note that there may be slight delays with Royal Mail around Christmas time. If there are disruptions due to snow then unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.|
For Europe and zone 1 or 2, orders are usually received 3 - 7 working days from posting. However, we have experienced that it can take upto 2 weeks and on occasions but not often even more for zone 1 and 2. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-5 working days of receipt of order. Most orders received after 2pm GMT may not count as the first working day. If there are any reasons for delay we will immediately contact you via email. A signature is required for UK orders upon delivery of larger or special items. Please note that if there are any postal strikes, delivery dates may be affected.
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If your order will be delayed by more than 5 days, you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.|
|Tax Charges All orders from EC countries carry VAT of 17.5% and is included in the price. If selecting 'BFPO outside the EU' then no tax will be charged. Countries outside the EC will also not be charged VAT.|
|Credit Card Security Shopping online with Amusica is a safe and secure way of placing your order. All information submitted within the order process is safely stored to ensure that personal and sensitive information is kept secure. We collect payment using a third party payments system provided by SECpay. While you are on the SECpay site, you will see that the page is secure since https appears at front of your browsers address window (the s in https denoting secure) and a small padlock is displayed in the address bar of your browser window. You can verify the validity of the SECpay security license by double clicking on the padlock. |
|Guarantee We guarantee to replace any instrument within 30 days that does not give you 100% satisfaction. Items required to be exchanged or refunded that have been discounted (such as those in packs) and that are not damaged, will need to be returned in the same condition for resale to Amusica by recorded or special delivery and the cost of that item/s can spent on other item/s of your choice. Postage is only paid where instruments are faulty - see our returns policy.|

|Returns Policy Returns|
All products supplied by The Internet Sales Line Ltd have been carefully selected and manufactured to a high standard, most of which conform to the requirements of European Standard EN71 Safety of Toys, Parts 1, 2 and 3. In the unlikely event of receiving faulty goods, you can return them to us if we have been notified within 7 working days.
To cancel the contract, please pack the relevant item securely in its original packaging, attach your personalised return label and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within 7 working days after the day of the date that the item was delivered to you. This is in accordance with distance selling regulations. In these circumstances, returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, in a clean and resaleable condition. You must return goods to us by either Recorded or Special Delivery. Upon receipt we will refund the product price paid.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. You will be responsible for the cost of all postage (both returns and delivery costs) if your order was sent and you wish to return it because the order did not arrive in time for Christmas knowing that delivery could not be guaranteed because you placed your order after the last guarateed posting date or because of delays due to snow. Possible delays due to snow will always be highlighted on all product pages when snow conditions will apply.
Please also inspect all parcels at the time they are being delivered by your courier. This particularly applies to the toy pianos. If there is any damage to the box you must not sign to say they were received in good condition. If you do sign and then notice later that the box was damaged and therefore the product too, you will not be able to obtain a refund.
We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, DVD or audio products where the item has been unsealed.
All returns must, in the first instance, be notified to us within 7 days using our Contact Form.
