Super sounding drum that has an easy grip. The drum is light weight and colourful and it comes with a mallet. There are special raised bumps at different intervals around the rim of the hand drum on which you can brush the mallet stick to make creative sounds - when you do this you get a wonderful sound from the skin at the same time - a sort of cross between the rasping of a guiro and the echo of a drum - a fabulous innovative design which we have not seen anywhere else. There is a slot around the rim of the drum for mallet storage. The mallet has been especially designed with bumps which can also be used creatively on the rim of the hand drum.
